
Installing All-Flow Gutter Guard Mesh on a corrugated metal roof.
Prepare your All-Flow Gutter Guard Mesh Roller.
Screw in place the first trim for securing the gutter guard mesh.
Roll out the mesh along the gutter edge until you reach the full length of the roofline.
Overlap pre-drilled holes in angle trim.
Insert screw into the pre-drilled angle trim.
Screw fix the pre-drilled angle trim to the gutter edge.
Insert 30mm relief cuts in the gutter guard mesh on top of every second corrugation (or roof rib).
Set out the saddles on top of each relief cut.
Screw fix the saddles to secure the gutter mesh to the metal roof profile.

Installing All-Flow Gutter Guard on the external corner of your metal roof.
Position yourself at the external corner hip end of your roof.
Cut the gutter mesh along the edge of the ridge roll.
Mitre cut the mesh to the outer corner of your gutter.
Screw the gutter guard mesh to the ridge capping of your metal roof.
Repeat the process on the opposite side of the ridge.
Cut the gutter guard mesh along the edge of the hip roll.
Cut the gutter guard mesh across the bottom of the edge roll.
Screw the gutter guard mesh to the ridge capping.
Insert the corner screw in the gutter guard mesh.
Successfully installed All-Flow Aluminium Gutter Guard on the external hip end of a metal roof.
If you prefer to give your metal roof a neater appearance, you may replace the screws with 1/8" coloured rivets.
All-Flow valley mesh installation on a corrugated metal roof.
The valley mesh should be installed over the gutter mesh.
Trim back the excess mesh.
Attach the mesh to the ridge capping at the top of the valley. Then, roll the mesh down to the centre of the valley.
Centre the gutter guard mesh in the valley and screw them in position.
Allow enough mesh to insert under the trim. Pin screw the mesh to the corner at the bottom of the valley.
Cut the mesh along the edge of the gutter trim.
Unscrew the gutter trim, insert the valley mesh, and then re-screw the trim.
Insert a screw in each corrugation (or roof rib), positioning it off centre to the high side. All-Flow recommends using valley washers for superior hold.
Neatly cut the mesh along the metal roof valley ridge, and then screw or rivet it in place.
